    Services: Microshading, Microblading, Powder brow
    Went to Erica for a correction from a previous botched job.She said she’ll be able to make my brows even and look good and that she can work with them. I was nervous since my previous experience wasn’t positive but I trusted her.She recommended microblading and shading combined. I noticed she was very fast with one brow and took double the time with the other. She explained she was having a challenging time with the other but assured me she wouldn’t let me leave until they were even and I was happy with them. Well that didn’t happen.When she was done and I look in the mirror I saw one brow was a different size, everything about it was very different from the other. I was swollen and was told they looked like that because of the swelling.Again, I trusted her, paid which was almost $400 and included a consultation fee that she never mentioned prior.As the brows were healing I got to see I was worse than before she touched my brows.It wasn’t the swelling.I contacted Erica and she said I needed to let them heal and have them touched up which was different than what she said in person, she originally said because I was a correction I wouldn’t need a touchup. To make them more similar they will have to be super thick something that I don’t want and very manly looking, when I was looking for a very soft feminine look. I immediately consulted with other artists who saw what my brows looked before and after and they all agree she needed to do a removal not do a coverup. That any cover up will be botched without a previous removal. I feel Erica took advantage of this and of course decided to do the brows vs a removal because she will make way more money vs the other. I contacted Erica again to let her know she should had done a removal and I need to have them removed which she keeps insisting on no that I just need to keep having them touched up.No touch up will fix this! I need removal and the sooner I do the removal the better the outcome.I then asked for my money back which she said she doesn’t do refunds that she can touch up for free.Touch up is not what I need! Other artists agree!She then blames it on that I need to let them heal. A bad outline, uneven thickness, horrible swooping arch,tails not matching has nothing to do with healing.And she shaved off and took off half my natural brow hair because according to her they were grabbing too much pigment, so now when I get them removed I’m gonna have a mess of eyebrows that no makeup will cover and will take a year to recoup the hair she removed.I consulted with other professionals who agree this was a very poorly job done.I know she spent a lot of time with me but an honest artist will let you know and say you know what I tried and really I can’t make them look good, I’m sorry it’s not working out and leave it at that.I tried to resolve this amicably prior to writing this review as I’m all about human errors, but the way she refused a refund when this looks horrible, that’s just not good business.Even if a business doesn’t offer refunds, if you the artist know it was a bad job, bad result, it should had been removed prior, just give the money back since the customer is going to need a removal and not keep the brows looking like this.I will have to do a charge back with my credit card to get my money back. I will continue sharing my experience with others which is something I didn’t want to do to her but the way it was handled calls for this review.This is unacceptable, bad job, terrible customer service and zero refund. I look like I got this done at someone’s garage.Do the right thing, refund me and at least customer can get removal else where and if customer satisfaction is your priority a refund should be given.Nobody would walk around with these eyebrows! Had to file complaint with Better Business Bureau. I look like I got this done at someone’s garage.
