Kevin Tehrani, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon based in New York with more than 20 years of experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. His clinical expertise includes facial rejuvenation, breast surgery, body contouring, abdominoplasty, and reconstructive procedures.
Dr. Tehrani earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine, followed by a general surgery residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Medical Center and a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at The University of Kansas Medical Center. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Tehrani serves as Chief of Plastic Surgery at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and Associate Professor of Surgery, where he teaches medical students, residents, and fellows. He also directs an aesthetic fellowship program endorsed by The Aesthetic Society and regularly lectures at professional meetings on aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
Dr. Tehrani has received honors including Castle Connolly Top Doctor, New York Super Doctors, and the RealSelf Hall of Fame.
