Branko Babic is the founder of PhiAcademy and creator of PhiBrows, one of the most influential education systems in permanent makeup. He developed the PhiBrows technique and introduced tools including the Golden Ratio Divider, Hexaplan™ Training System, and PhiApp, helping standardize PMU education and procedural planning.
Under his leadership, PhiAcademy has certified more than 77,000 professionals across over 160 countries, becoming one of the largest PMU education networks in the world. His work has contributed to the global adoption of standardized training methods and structured artist development within the permanent makeup profession.
In addition to education, Branko has contributed to the development of professional microblading pigments and PMU products used by artists worldwide, combining product innovation with practical experience in permanent makeup.
