PMUHub® is an independent educational platform dedicated to helping people make informed decisions through every stage of their permanent makeup journey.
We were founded in 2018 and have operated continuously since, working alongside PMU artists, educators, physicians, product manufacturers, and industry professionals. Our goal has stayed the same from the start: to build a platform people can trust, grounded in accuracy, transparency, and real-world experience.

Board-Certified Physician & PMU Pain Management Pioneer
Linda Dixon, MD is a board-certified physician specializing in anesthesiology, with a background in dental hygiene. She entered the permanent makeup industry in 1979 and developed pain management protocols taught to PMU professionals for decades. She is the creator of the Dixon Technique — an approach to lip color, realistic eyebrow strokes, and smoky eyeliner — and has trained professionals throughout the United States and internationally. Dr. Dixon also served as President of the American Academy of Micropigmentation (AAM).

Branko Babic is the founder of PhiAcademy and creator of PhiBrows, one of the most influential education systems in permanent makeup. He developed the PhiBrows technique and introduced tools including the Golden Ratio Divider, Hexaplan™ Training System, and PhiApp, helping standardize PMU education and procedural planning. Under his leadership, PhiAcademy has certified more than 77,000 professionals across over 160 countries. He also contributed to the development of professional microblading pigments used by artists worldwide.
